NOBAB Charter concerning in the wants and needs of children before, during or after a hospital stay.

This NOBAB Charter is in line with rights stipulated in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. It emphasis the special needs and wants of the sick or disabled child which should always be honoured when children need service of the healthcare system.
